My name is Onyeuche Godson, the Founder of  YMM. I welcome you to Young Mind Motivational.

This is my message to you, a message that will propel strength, courage, perseverance and boldness into you. So make sure you read to the end. If you feel you don’t need it, someone out there does, and might have it through you; be a channel of motivation.

 

You see, motivation to do a thing starts from you; you are your motivation not anyone else. Anyone who tries to motivate you is just a facilitator, not the executor. Your motivation should come from the things that exist within you. Talk to yourself. Why can’t you achieve this or that? If kids do things why wouldn’t you? What makes you think you are inferior? Who are those discouraging you and why do you listen to them? Don’t you know what’s right and wrong, and go for the right? You still doubt the fact that you can achieve something great, why? You cannot achieve it if you are clam. Take a bold step, do something. Greatness starts with bold intelligent steps. If you don’t start something, how would you know that you are either good or bad? Why not start now and try to do that which your mind tells you is right. Why do you do a thing with your eyes instead of actions?

I know how great you are. I’m very sure. What keeps you limited is your negative thoughts. I’m speaking from what I know. I see countless friends daily who think they can’t make it, until I speak to them. They are always surprise to see how marvelously they could do a thing. Your problem is, you have not started, or you have but you got challenges telling you to quit. And you bow to those? Why? Don’t you know that without pepper food isn’t sweet? Why don’t you see challenges that way, and carry on? Challenges are nothing but lubricants that will help you fit into the tight cadre of greatness. So accept it. It must come, but you will overcome, so push harder.

I have the following to share with you

• You know, I hate it when people say, ‘I’m tired of doing this or that’. That word TIRED is meant for the dead; and for real, you’re still alive. Isn’t it funny to be dead while you live? Come-on! Squeeze such words out from you and ride on.   

• Do you know that you cannot achieve anything if you keep listening to anti-achievement which leaves inside you? They are there, and you may not know this. Listen to the mindset that tells you that everything is nothing to be achieved.

• You have a fire in you, the fire of GREATNESS, and the fire to do a thing perfectly. The fire needs to burn out and the only person that can do that is just you, you alone. So give it a chance to burn out and make you what you should become. Don’t let that fire quench. Because if you do, you will kill your talent and greatness.

• Why do you feel inferior? For God’s sake you are not a commodity. You are an entity of a larger community. And you know what that means? A big deal. Stand tall, speak to and for yourself, see things from positive perspectives, pursue your dreams and never give up – these are the characteristics of a community. She is autonomous, and that’s what you are. It’s time you had an autonomy over your territory.

• ‘What is the difference between myself and that noble man out there?’ have you ever sat down to ask yourself this question? The problem of many is the thoughts of taking some people to be designed specially. That’s a big error. In fact, anyone can fail exams with such notion. No one is special. The specialty of one lies on his ability to see himself special. That’s all. With this, you are no far from being great.

• Sometimes you say, ‘I’m still young, there is time’. My dear, greatness got nothing to do with youngness. Greatness starts from the time one is born.  And for that, it’s no taboo if a three year old is great. Now, how old are you?

• Haven’t you heard? What you call a thing is what it becomes. If not, dogs wouldn’t accept a name given to them by their owner. Such is applied to other things in life, including you. If you call yourself SUCCESS, BLESSING, GREATNESS, FAVOUR, these will instantly follow you. And make you be what they are called

With the above few, start now to get going. I don’t know what you do, but I want you to understand that whatever you do or intend to do cannot give up itself, except you give it up, and giving up means death. So as long as you are still alive don’t you think giving up isn’t the right term for you? Go ahead, ahead and ahead. Don’t quit, and for those who have already quit, I don’t see that as ‘quit’. I see it this way;

You know what that means? It doesn’t mean you have given up. It means that you just had a pause and thinking for a better way forward! But stop thinking and do something, you’re almost there.

 

Above all, God is the ultimate, pray to Him for backups and for the best. He is the inspiration, motivation, encouragement, boldness etc that happens to me, and will as well work for you if you take Him seriously.
